Users review: From the trailer, I had high hopes for this movie halls would show with a lot of humor and a unique premise. Unfortunately, it proved to be one of those cases where the trailer is better than the movie itself.To be fair, the movie has its moments. Comedy does not even make me laugh, but it's fun all the lines and situations. Some of the funniest moments emerge from the interaction of the characters and clever gags where everyone sees them as different people. As far as the action goes, there are quite a lot 'of mass destruction and a lot of fights and shootings. However, it is very manic, over-the-top and strangely comic. The general tone seemed really uneven, the film was very difficult at times impassible, and the other the rest of the time swollen. I was never bored, but I was never fully committed or invested things.It is a shame, because the film has some unique ideas here and there. The general premise of undead police officers are very nice, they use a lot of cool weapons, and have very few rules and eccentric ideas. Its a strange world where the evil dead Indian food causes the operating system to pop colorful monsters (if you remember at the beginning of Van Helsing, Mr. Hyde ... basically all the appearance of monsters that can be crossed zombies in I Am Legend). Everyone perceives the two main characters as a hot blonde chick and an old Chinese. Sounds like fun, right? Editing is fine in general. Acting is a mixed bag: Ryan Reynolds is strangely flat and emotionless throughout, with the exception of a couple of love scenes, where Jeff Bridges steals the show several times that the role that it seems almost a parody of the his role in True Grit. Kevin Bacon is virtually alone, and I liked watching Mary-Louise Parker. The writing is not so great. This procedure uses the serial production, props and costumes.
